3 tablespoons cold liquid milk
1/4 tablespoon fresh apple juice
5 drops of lavender oil
1 tablespoon of grated potato
Preparation and application
Mix all the ingredients together well, dip a cotton ball in the mixture and wipe under your eyes well. Leave it for 20 minutes and wash it with cold water.
